What we collect

The photo you upload, the surfaces you mark, the materials you pick, and — only if you request an estimate — your name and contact details. We don't use advertising trackers and we never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Photos, designs, and share links are deleted automatically after 14 days. Want a design after that? It only takes a minute to make a new one.

If you submit an estimate request, we keep that request — including one image of your finished design — so Gengaro Stone can respond to you and keep a record of the quote.

When we contact you

Requesting an estimate is your way of asking Gengaro Stone to get in touch, so we may reach out by email, phone, or text about that project and estimate. We don't send marketing or newsletters from this tool — only replies about your project. You can opt out or ask us to stop anytime by replying or emailing quotes@gengarostone.com.

How your photo is used

Your photo is processed by AI services solely to create your visualization. It is not used to train models and is not shared for any other purpose.

How we improve the tool

To learn which steps people find helpful and where they get stuck, we record basic usage events — for example, which step you reached and which materials you viewed. This uses a random id stored in your browser, not your name or any identifying details. It stays with us; we don't share it and we don't use advertising trackers.
